Paddle and Tipik are both part of the mci group. This means we can also offer the Paddle CMS Platform through our sister company Tipik, under the Paradigm framework agreement. For organisations that already use this framework agreement, or are eligible to do so, this offers an accessible way to get started with a robust and future-proof Drupal solution. Under Lot 5: O1 Development and Migration, Tipik can act as the designated supplier, covering UX research, web design, development, migration, integration and project management.
A proven Drupal CMS platform for the public sector
Paddle currently manages more than 500 Drupal websites for public organisations in Belgium. In addition, more than 400 public organisations rely on the Drupal Paddle CMS Platform, including local authorities, schools, government bodies, housing associations and healthcare organisations. The platform has been specifically developed for the public sector in Belgium and offers a strong foundation of more than 200 modules and functionalities.
As the platform has already been developed, new website projects do not need to start from scratch. In many cases, custom configuration is sufficient, thereby limiting or even avoiding development costs. At the same time, the platform complies with current requirements regarding accessibility (WCAG 2.2), data protection (GDPR) and security (NIS2).
Continuously evolving
The Paddle CMS Platform is updated regularly with new releases, including security updates, bug fixes and new functionalities. In addition, clients can count on technical support, guidance from experienced project managers and an active PaddleConnect Community, where users exchange ideas and experiences and create new opportunities together.
Also for bespoke solutions
In addition to the platform, Paddle also has extensive experience with standalone Drupal projects, migrations, integrations and WordPress websites. This enables us to develop the most suitable solution for every organisation, including within the framework of the Paradigm framework agreement via Tipik.
