The request from Audit Flanders
In 2022, the website of Audit Flanders needed an upgrade from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9. The design also needed refreshing. To display the audit reports in a structured manner, the development of a custom content type was necessary.
Our solution
After analyzing the current website, a timeline was agreed upon for the migration. This meant transferring the content and data from the old website to the new environment.
Meanwhile, the client also provided input for the new design. Naturally, the website had to prioritize simplicity and user-friendliness. Visitors to the website needed to find solutions quickly.
Content migration doesn't have to be a burden
A portion of the content was migrated semi-automatically, but the majority was manually migrated to the new Drupal 9 environment. Afterward, the new design was also integrated into the new website.
Training in the Paddle CMS Platform
Our clients don't have time to acquire a lot of extra technical expertise. That's also unnecessary when your website is built on the Paddle CMS Platform. Anyone can truly become proficient with our CMS Platform. Why? Because we develop it for people of any technical background. Forget HTML or cumbersome methods of creating or updating a page.
This was something that Audit Flanders also appreciated.
Afterward, the CMS training was organized, and the editorial team could get to work. Once all the content was finalized, the website could launch.
